We aim to get your hype items to you as quickly as possible!
Australia: 7-14 business days.
International: 14-30 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays or customs processing, especially during peak holiday seasons.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is Free .
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Tracking information will be uploaded to our system as soon as it is available. You can check the status of your shipment anytime on our dedicated page here.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We partner with various global suppliers to bring you the latest trends. Orders may ship from different international warehouses, which allows us to offer a wider and more current selection of products.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
The return request must be initiated within 14 days after the delivery date.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 3-5 business days), your refund will be processed immediately. It typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your bank.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: We process orders very quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Q: My order confirmation and tracking email is missing. What should I do?
